McKenzie Stupica

McKenzie Stupica is a COSI Research Fellow in Architecture and Design and a sixth-year PhD candidate in the Department of Art History at Northwestern University. She specializes in comparative and non-Western modernisms with a particular focus on transnational networks of pedagogical exchange between Germany and Latin-America mid-century. At the Art Institute, she is mentored by Irene Sunwoo, John H. Bryan Chair and Curator, and Alison Fisher, Harold and Margot Schmidt Curator of Architecture and Design, and works with the museum’s collection of 20th-century graphic design.
