Gallery Program: Intersections

Admission actions

  • Free with museum admission

Join educators Nenette Luarca-Shoaf and Robin Schnur for a discussion inspired by the exhibition Eleanor Antin: Time’s Arrow. Together we’ll explore how we understand our sense of self, how the self might change over time, and how one contends with that change.

In this interactive series, the Art Institute’s wide-ranging collection serves as a catalyst for conversations about urgent social questions and current events. Facilitators select featured artworks, which they post here in advance of each discussion. Come ready to participate and create community through dialogue about art.

Visit the calendar to view upcoming Intersections programs, presented on the second Friday of each month.
